This 7-module course is specifically designed for adult educators who work with migrant and refugee women. The main topics covered include the distinctive characteristics of refugee and migrant female learners, adapted language teaching methods for their circumstances, creating inclusive learning environments, motivational strategies to engage the target group and learners facing disadvantage, and developing the necessary soft skills for effective educational provision.
